Hakan Lindskog is a direct marketing, media and e-commerce executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in both private and public companies. A native of Sweden, he has focused his career on the management, growth and international expansion of global direct marketing companies in leadership roles with companies such as International Masters Publishers Group and Time Life. Hakan earned a Master of Science, majoring in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Agriculture in Uppsala, Sweden. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and bird watching. |

Kevin Wolski
Director of Client Service
Kevin Wolski joined Neverblue in 2005, as the 8th employee and one of the first sales employees, bringing with him over 6 years of sales experience. Kevin has been a key player in the success of Neverblue, working in a variety of roles within the network sales team and the product development group. Kevin is currently responsible for overseeing the client service group, which serves advertisers and affiliates and helps them realize their business goals. Outside of the office, Kevin can be found playing hockey like a true Canadian
and enjoying the beautiful outdoors of British Columbia.

Mark How
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mark How joins Neverblue with over 10 years experience in business development, technology and media with companies such as ACD Systems and DivX. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria. Mark has negotiated key strategic partnerships and multi-million dollar deals, helped guide organizations through public offerings and taken companies to profitability. Mark is responsible for driving business results and realizing Neverblue's growth objectives. Mark enjoys the Victoria lifestyle and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Reed Pridy
Senior Manager of Compliance and Quality Assurance
Reed Pridy joined Neverblue in 2005 as the company's 9th employee. He has held positions as account executive, affiliate manager and business development manager. Reed holds a Bachelor's of Commerce from the University of Victoria. He ensures that Neverblue meets all regulatory and industry standards and delivers high-quality leads to our clients. Reed is a self proclaimed sports fanatic who frequently can be found in the crowd at Canucks, Blue Jays, Huskies or Seahawks games.

Gavin Aitken
Director of Technology
Gavin Aitken joined Neverblue in 2005 as employee #10, bringing with him experience in software development and project management. He holds a Bachelor's of Computer Engineering in Systems Specialization from the University of Victoria. Gavin is responsible for all areas of information technology at Neverblue including application development and infrastructure. Gavin enjoys pushing himself to the edge in work, life and play. He is often found racing his rally car, surfing, golfing and competing in triathlons around Vancouver Island.

Jennifer Carr
Senior Director of Finance and Accounting
Jennifer Carr joined Neverblue in October 2005 with previous experience in public practice. She holds a Bachelor's of Administration in Accounting from the University of Regina and has her Chartered Accountant designation from the ICABC. Jennifer and her team ensure the company's financial planning and reporting is accurately and timely. She is a lover of the arts, and takes every opportunity to visit cultural cities and sample the world's restaurants.

Dawn Robson
Director of Human Resources
Dawn Robson joined Neverblue with extensive experience in Human Resources at both a strategic and operational level. She has worked in a number of sectors providing expertise with change management, employee relations and organizational design. Dawn is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP) with a Bachelor of Administration Degree and a diploma in Human Resources. Her responsibilities include talent attraction, leadership development, organizational design and employee relations. Dawn volunteers with the British Columbia Human Resource Management Association and can frequently be found kayaking in Victoria's many waterways and cycling its trails.
